About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the sales team, ensuring the achievement of established commercial targets;
Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective clients, identifying their needs and coordinating the development of action plans to close sales;
Monitor the segment's daily sales volume;
Provide support to the commercial team in price negotiations, portfolio optimization and client visits that require additional commercial effort;
Ensure the sales team knows and meets the objectives and targets set by commercial management/directors, segmented by area and region;
Participate in defining strategies, including setting the budget;
Report occurrences related to company products, market changes, competitor actions, new product launches, loss reports and feedback on marketing strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields;
Technical knowledge of the Home Care market;
Valid driver's license (CNH);
Advanced English;
Willingness to travel.
