About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct active and inbound customer prospecting;
  • Negotiate payment terms and conditions with customers;
  • Manage and follow up on new product projects to ensure their successful implementation;
  • Maintain customer relationships, ensuring commercial completion for both parties, supported by internal administrative teams;
  • Interface with quality, finance, logistics and tax departments;
  • Provide internal support for the administrative and commercial needs of External Sales Executives;
  • Prepare the annual product budget for customers in your portfolio using the internal system;
  • Monitor and update forecast information monthly according to customer demand, supporting the product team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields;
  • Experience in B2B raw material sales in the chemical industry is desirable.
