About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the day-to-day global delivery and administration of employee benefits programs
- Establish and drive operational excellence standards
- Oversee global benefits operations such as enrollment processes and eligibility management
- Build and manage a high-performing benefits operations team
- Own vendor performance management including brokers, TPAs, and insurers
- Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, HRIS, Accounting, Legal, and Tax
- Drive process improvement and issue resolution
- Ensure ongoing compliance with global benefits regulations
- Maintain accurate records, controls, and reporting
- Deliver clear and effective employee communications
- Support M&A integration and due diligence activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of global benefits experience in an enterprise environment
- Experience managing audits, controls, and compliance-related processes
- Strong vendor management and issue resolution capabilities
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong operational mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive understanding of global benefits administration, systems, and regulatory environments
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
