About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting the design and upkeep of CRM orchestration frameworks and standards
- Partnering with lifecycle teams to ensure journeys align with governance and orchestration best practices
- Defining and documenting segmentation rules, triggers, and orchestration logic
- Supporting campaign QA, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations
- Helping maintain CRM documentation, playbooks, and operating procedures
- Collaborating with Data & Analytics to validate attributes and audience logic
- Monitoring CRM health, performance signals, and operational risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of segmentation logic, triggers, and campaign orchestration
- Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and teams
- A passion for documentation, governance, and operational excellence
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
