Key responsibilities & impact

Directing the implementation of one or more large-scale Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
Managing project deliverables, scope & expectations.
Providing leadership to all functional and business areas affected by the project.
Developing and managing detailed project plans, cost estimates, and communication plans.
Driving project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation.
Proactively communicating and reporting status to executives and stakeholders.
Collaborating with technical project team members to achieve project goals.
Employing project management leading practices and providing leadership to project team members.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience directly managing software implementation deployments (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) and/or CE/CRM a plus)
Experience with IT implementation methodologies across all phases of Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment and Operation
Understanding of complete solution within the context of an integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy
Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate progress and vision.
Ability to allocate the correct resources to each project phase and monitor their performance
Consensus driven management style that support a vast set of stakeholders
Strong leadership, teambuilding and motivational skills
Bachelor's degree required
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
