About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support daily accounting operations, including maintaining financial records.
  • Processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
  • Assisting with month-end reporting.
  • Accurately record all income, expenses, and other transactions in accounting software.
  • Vendor’s analysis to verify accuracy.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Monitor and verify business expenses, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting VAT returns to the relevant tax authority.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of eSoft Business Software will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) Greek and English.
