• Take techno-functional ownership of Odoo implementation projects — from fit-gap analysis and conceptual design through configuration and development to go-live and hypercare
• Analyze business processes in departments (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing) and map them to Odoo standard — customize only where functionally justified
• Facilitate workshops with business units, translate requirements into functional specifications, and present solution alternatives
• Independently develop in Odoo (Python, XML views, OWL, custom modules) and perform code reviews for internal and external contributions
• Design integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Magento, Akeneo, payment providers), implement them yourself or coordinate external partners
• Plan and execute data migrations, and support UAT phases
• Manage external Odoo partners from a functional and technical perspective, and validate deliverables
• Train key users, maintain functional documentation, and provide support for production modules
