• Take techno-functional ownership of Odoo implementation projects — from fit-gap analysis and conceptual design through configuration and development to go-live and hypercare
• Analyze business processes in departments (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing) and map them to Odoo standard — customize only where functionally justified
• Facilitate workshops with business units, translate requirements into functional specifications, and present solution alternatives
• Independently develop in Odoo (Python, XML views, OWL, custom modules) and perform code reviews for internal and external contributions

• Capture requirements together with business teams, assess them technically, and agree realistic timelines
• Oversee and ensure the quality of collaboration with external development agencies, perform code reviews, and approve deliverables
• Develop and maintain Magento 2 modules and shop features across multiple Magento instances and countries
• Make architecture and design decisions for scalable, maintainable codebases

• You are the primary point of contact for our customers and handle all incoming telephone and written customer inquiries
• You process after-sales transactions and handle customer complaints
• You advise customers on individual products
• Idea contributor – as a full team member you play an important role in the continuous improvement of our processes
• Acting as an interface between the customer and the shipping provider, you ensure the smooth processing of existing orders
• You work closely with your team and with other teams (e.g., accounting)
