About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of receivables accounts through timely reconciliations
Perform monthly reconciliations for various non-dealer accounts
Publish dealer statements and process electronic funds transfers
Collect overdue amounts from dealer and non-dealer accounts
Prepare and deliver monthly AR Securitization reports
Maintain accurate financial records and support the financial health of the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

AA degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
1 to 3 years preferred
Basic AR Accounting knowledge preferred
Ability to communicate effectively
SAP experience a plus
Microsoft/Excel is a plus
