About the role
- Support regional field operations team and manage dealer facing administrative functions
- Collaborate with region leadership to optimize dealer performance
- Develop Region to Dealer communications
- Monitor and track performance of Regional Operations initiatives
- Assist with regional projects, data analysis and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
- Prior work experience in a customer facing role or internship preferred
- Experience in a sales related role using a consultative approach
- Understanding of automotive mechanics and industry terminology preferred, but not required
- Experience with an automotive OEM in a corporate, region or field role
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Must be analytical and a problem solver
- Well-balanced interpersonal skills
- Must consistently maintain a professional and respectful demeanor
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
