About the role
- Processing and reconciling daily banking transactions and reimbursements
- Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies and payroll issues
- Supporting employer payroll teams with deposits, payments and reporting
- Producing regular banking and payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to continuous improvement and system testing initiatives
Requirements
- Customer-focused with strong stakeholder engagement
- Ability to meet tight daily deadlines in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of payroll, banking, and/or reconciliation processes
- Intermediate Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience with salary packaging or FBT is highly regarded but not essential.
