Operations Manager – Specialty

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and coordinate key operational functions to ensure organizational efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage and organize operational projects, lead daily activities and meetings, and support vendor relationships.
- Help maintain current accreditations, develop training materials, and provide essential support for the Specialty.
- Monitor and manage internal and external IT items to drive timely resolution and continuous process improvement.
- Demonstrate commitment to the company's core values and integrity in support of patients and partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare operations, or a related field
- Experience supporting operational workflows, projects, or cross-functional initiatives
- Exposure to compliance, accreditation, or regulatory requirements (e.g., URAC, ACHC, Joint Commission)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Specialty pharmacy experience preferred
- Familiarity with pharmacy systems (e.g., Caretend or similar)
