Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and 7+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an HRBP supporting business leaders
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on centralized HR teams
  • Experience partnering with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development
  • Experience coaching and influencing leaders
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives and delivering business-focused HR solutions
  • Strong critical thinking and business acumen
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and drive results
  • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours
