About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Indiana LCAR Project and daily clinical operations
- Manage email communications
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Coordinate and schedule assessments
- Perform accurate data entry
- Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents
- Review keyed information to verify data accuracy
- Monitor the quality of scanned documents and images
- Follow established policies and procedures for document indexing and imaging
- Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 0–2 years of relevant experience required
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- Strong documentation and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Strong time management, adaptability, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities and business needs
- Reliable high-speed internet service
- Minimum 20 Mbps download speed, or 50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity
- Minimum 5 Mbps upload speed
- Private and secure workspace
- Preferred: background in hospital, health systems, clinical, or healthcare administrative environments
- Preferred: experience with Microsoft Bookings or similar scheduling platforms
- Preferred: knowledge of healthcare practices, waiver programs, levels of care, patient assessments, and care coordination
- Preferred: experience scheduling appointments, coordinating workflows, and managing competing priorities
