About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Indiana LCAR Project and daily clinical operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience required
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
  • Strong documentation and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Strong time management, adaptability, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities and business needs
  • Reliable high-speed internet service
  • Minimum 20 Mbps download speed, or 50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity
  • Minimum 5 Mbps upload speed
  • Private and secure workspace
  • Preferred: background in hospital, health systems, clinical, or healthcare administrative environments
  • Preferred: experience with Microsoft Bookings or similar scheduling platforms
