  • Conduct telephonic screenings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, human services, care coordination, customer service, case management, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Reliable high-speed internet service
