About the role
- Take end-to-end ownership of campaign setup, management, and optimization across Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Discovery/Demand Gen) and Microsoft Ads.
- Meticulously manage keyword strategy.
- Treat YouTube as a direct-response performance channel.
- Rigorous A/B testing of headlines, descriptions, and extensions, and landing pages.
- Utilize internal analytics and multi-touch attribution (MTA) tools alongside platform data to triangulate performance.
- Assist in the set-up and evaluation geo holdout tests to prove incrementality.
- Maintain visible work queues and rigorous reporting standards.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on mastery of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising is non-negotiable.
- Proven experience managing YouTube for conversions (VAC/Demand Gen), not just brand awareness.
- Proficiency with 1st party analytics tools is essential (GA4, Looker, Tableau or the like).
- Experience with (or similar tools to) MTA platforms (Northbeam, Triple Whale) and experience implementing tracking pixels (GTM).
- You are scrappy.
- You base your decisions on numbers, ROAS/CAC targets, and data, not assumptions.
