About the role
- Set up and manage recruitment campaigns for French clients (Meta / social ads)
- Write compelling ad copy in French
- Launch, monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance
- Keep clients accountable with clear updates and expectations
- Run a bi-weekly evaluation call with the client to discuss results and next steps
- Work closely with our internal team to improve performance across campaigns
Requirements
- You are fluent or native in French
- You have experience running online/recruitment marketing campaigns
- You are organized, reliable and comfortable owning your campaigns
- You communicate clearly and professionally with our clients
- You enjoy performance-based work and continuous optimization
- You work independently, but value feedback and collaboration
