About the role
- Provide guidance and respond to requests;
- Clarify questions from users, authorized partners and corporate clients via the Call Center;
- Record suggestions and complaints from users, authorized partners and Nutricash clients via the Call Center;
- Provide specialized technical services and support via telephone;
- Conduct surveys and register customers via telephone support;
- Follow planned and controlled scripts to acquire, retain or recover customers;
- Provide technical support to corporate clients, fleet managers and authorized workshops through the Call Center.
Requirements
- High school diploma
