About the role

  • Provide guidance and respond to requests;
  • Clarify questions from users, authorized partners and corporate clients via the Call Center;
  • Record suggestions and complaints from users, authorized partners and Nutricash clients via the Call Center;
  • Provide specialized technical services and support via telephone;
