About the role

  • Manage and monitor a portfolio of clients
  • Train clients on system processes
  • Sell new products to clients within the portfolio
  • Assist with the collections process for outstanding invoice payments
  • Send visit reports to the manager
  • Prepare profitability spreadsheets, proposals, and contracts
  • Renegotiate commercial terms with clients
  • Monitor client portfolio billing and justify any losses (if applicable)
  • Submit requests for new accreditations to the accredited network
  • Visit clients as required by the employer
  • Analyze client performance indicators
  • Willingness to travel.
