About the role
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of clients
- Train clients on system processes
- Sell new products to clients within the portfolio
- Assist with the collections process for outstanding invoice payments
- Send visit reports to the manager
- Prepare profitability spreadsheets, proposals, and contracts
- Renegotiate commercial terms with clients
- Monitor client portfolio billing and justify any losses (if applicable)
- Submit requests for new accreditations to the accredited network
- Visit clients as required by the employer
- Analyze client performance indicators
- Willingness to travel.
Requirements
- Must reside in Paraná
