Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand business problems and define technical ML solutions

Monitor model performance in production and implement strategies to detect and address model drift
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers in ML best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related technical field (Master's or PhD preferred)
3+ years of professional experience developing and deploying ML models in production environments
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
Experience with LLM
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets
Knowledge of data processing frameworks like Spark or Flink
