About the role

- Enforce high standards for code reviews, PR hygiene, and documentation in collaboration with the Architecture team.
- Drive engineering excellence, productivity and speed, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to build long-term technical and organizational health.
- Lead, mentor and build a high-performing team of software developers through career development planning and coaching.
- Drive strong production ownership practices, including observability and incident responses, with a mindset.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of professional software development experience, with an emphasis on enterprise data analytics.
- 5+ years of people management experience as a team lead or manager, managing the growth and career development of software developers.
- Experience running agile delivery processes, with a strong sense for sprint planning, capacity management and backlog prioritization.
- Comfort operating within a 0-1 environment where speed and ambiguity coexist.
- Demonstrate a deep curiosity about emerging technologies and AI, actively leveraging them to elevate product experiences, sharpen decision-making and production delivery, and build the team knowledge.
- Lead by example with a “player-coach” mentality and remain close to the action to guide critical technical decisions, lead design reviews, and provide steady guidance for production operations.
