About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement sales strategies to grow sales presence in the South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa area.
- Build dealer and contractor relationships, and represent MAX at job sites and events.
- Visit job sites to demonstrate MAX products directly to contractors with distributor involvement.
- Implement MAX sales programs and promotions.
- Conduct job site visits and ensure timely follow-up to customer requests.
- Use CRM tools daily to track customer interactions and monitor sales pipeline.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Proven experience in outside sales, ideally with a manufacturer or industrial equipment company.
- Experience in developing pricing strategies, executing sales promotions, and training customers and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM platforms preferred.
