About the role
- Advising start-ups and founders on tax and financial matters
- Optimizing clients' processes and providing support with digital tools
- Preparing routine bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Assisting with annual financial statements and tax returns
- Participating in advisory projects (process documentation, company conversions, restructurings)
Requirements
- Qualified tax clerk or certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or a strong affinity for accounting and taxation
- Experience with Microsoft Office and DATEV
- Ability to take responsibility
- Good English skills are a plus
