Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification

- Preferably a degree with a focus on computer science or a related field
- Experience in IT support and customer service
- Practical knowledge in administration and maintenance of Windows operating systems, databases and network infrastructures
- Goal-oriented, cost-conscious and structured approach to work
- Confident and professional manner when interacting with employees and external service providers
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
