About the role
- Regularly monitor relevant subreddits and community discussions for our clients to identify trends, sentiment and new insights early on.
- Analyze how users communicate on the platform — for example regarding tone, humor, formats and typical comment structures.
- Identify relevant topics, discussions and opportunities that are strategically interesting for our clients.
- Develop authentic communication approaches for Reddit and implement them together with the team.
- Document key observations from the community and share your findings with the team in a structured way.
Requirements
- You are a regular Reddit user and have a strong feel for the platform’s culture and dynamics.
- You understand memes, abbreviations, running jokes and the unwritten rules of different communities.
- You can recognize different communication styles and trends and explain and contextualize them clearly.
- You are interested in online communities, internet culture and digital discourse.
- You work in a structured, independent and reliable way.
- You have good written and spoken English skills.
