• Own Windows Server/AD services (GPO, DNS/DHCP, OU design, patching, monitoring) across production enclaves.
• Automate at scale with PowerShell; document runbooks and change procedures; participate in change windows/on-call.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues end-to-end (networking/TLS/certs/identity).
• Contribute to Exchange 2016/2019 operations (DAG health checks, CU planning, hybrid touch-points) in partnership with a messaging SME.
