• Prospect and canvass residential neighborhoods and commercial areas to identify potential customers in need of roofing repairs, replacements, or installations.
• Engage with homeowners, property managers, and business owners in a professional and persuasive manner to introduce our company's roofing solutions and services.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customers' roofing needs, including inspections and measurements, to provide accurate estimates and recommendations.
• Present and demonstrate our roofing products, materials, and warranty options to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, proposals, and agreements, ensuring clarity and transparency regarding pricing, scope of work, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with our roofing installation teams and project managers to coordinate the scheduling and execution of roofing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software or other tracking tools.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in roofing sales and customer service to enhance your effectiveness and performance.
