Requirements
A Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of highly successful outbound sales development or lead generation experience, within SaaS or B2B, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
Exceptional communication skills: ability to craft persuasive emails and conduct compelling phone conversations.
A true self-starter with an unwavering, results-driven mindset; strong time management and prioritization skills.
Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM tools to meticulously track pipeline and performance.
Expertise in leveraging sales tools and software, including Microsoft and Google office suite, Salesforce, Zoominfo, and SalesLoft.
Resilience and adaptability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and consistently hit ambitious sales targets.
