About the role
- Support Maven’s core business platforms during peak season; 8-week contract beginning October 2025
- Complete standard configuration tasks in accordance with established procedures and client plan design
- Adhere to established configuration QA processes, ensuring zero defect client launches
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of core business systems supported by the Configuration & QA team
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve minimally complex system issues; escalate more complex problems with clear documentation and context
- Execute pre-defined focused audits to ensure transactions align with anticipated system behavior
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders per specifications
- Participate in team meetings, support cross-functional tasks, and contribute to onboarding new hires
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest enhancements
- Learn and apply tools like Jira, Looker, BigQuery/SQL for day-to-day tasks
- Reports to the Senior Manager, Configuration & QA
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a configuration or systems analyst role; healthcare payer, insurance, or fin tech experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and effective problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with data and analytics tools, reporting specifications and generating reports
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering and business intelligence teams
- Passion for details, responsiveness, and organization
- Experience collaborating with and supporting client success teams and clients
- Jira, Looker, Asana, BigQuery (or SQL) and Microsoft (or Google) suite experience preferred
- This role requires active work authorization in the US
