About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and exempt frontline roles, from sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates while clearly articulating Maven’s mission, culture, and care model
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, inbound applicant management, and referrals
- Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align on hiring priorities and timelines
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate coordination across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders
- Bring fresh ideas and solutions to continuously improve high-volume recruiting efforts
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume frontline hiring
- Prior experience in a health tech, healthcare, or startup environment required
- Prior experience hiring for non-exempt and exempt role required
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions (20+) and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets
- Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, or similar ATS/CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a contract role
- Resourceful self-starter with a bias toward action, efficiency, and problem-solving
