💰 $110,000 - $120,000 per year

About the role

  • Plan and execute field marketing programs including events, executive dinners, meetups, roadshows, conferences, and partner activations
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and RevOps to align field programs with pipeline goals and target accounts
  • Partner with demand/ marketing to build regional and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to drive demand in key markets
  • Manage event logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, vendors, budgets, swag, messaging, follow-up
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging resonates with technical and business buyers
  • Track performance and ROI: pipeline influenced, sourced revenue, attendance, and engagement
  • Build repeatable playbooks for field programs as the company scales
  • Support partner marketing initiatives and co-hosted events with technology and channel partners

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or events, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Experience working closely with sales teams in fast-moving startup environments
  • Strong project management skills—you can juggle multiple events without dropping details
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort measuring and reporting ROI
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20–30%)
  • Bonus: experience marketing to technical buyers or in AI/ML, DevOps, data, or enterprise software
