About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, implement, and deliver training programs and technical support for Maui Jim’s US Sales Force, Retail Partners and Marketing
Contribute technical knowledge to marketing campaigns and products
Research, design, develop and deliver complete learning solutions in support of business objectives
Partner with and work extensively with subject matter experts to develop and maintain training content
Consult with the marketing team on technical product development and campaign strategies
Support product launch activities from a technical marketing and training perspective
Apply key instructional design methodologies to develop and maintain relevant and high-quality training programs
Facilitate seminars, workshops, webinars and other training sessions
Manage project plans, vendor management, resources and budget allocation
Plan, organize and coordinate the national training schedule with Manager
Facilitate and continuously update US Sales Force onboarding training program
Answer client queries and provide technical product support
Continuously review and revise existing training materials to evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of training and development experience
Ability to work with and teach varying degrees of abilities and experience levels using varying methods to address adult learning styles
Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and creating effective instructional materials
Ability to analyze and select the most appropriate strategy, methodologies, and technologies to maximize the learning experience and impact
Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, problem-solving and logic skills
Strong team player, ability to work well with others on projects and presentations
Demonstrated planning and analysis skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with learning management systems, instructional design and screen recorder & video editor software (beneficial, not required)
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Exceptional communication: verbal and written skills
Experience developing content and conducting training
Strong collaboration and client relationship skills
