Key responsibilities & impact

Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority
Offer best-in-class products and execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools
Support a seamless omnichannel experience and create a compelling, engaging customer-centered environment
Cultivate strong customer relationships
Provide technical and product knowledge information and serve as a subject matter expert
Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives
Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders
Maintain awareness of competitors, advertisements, and competitor services
Leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales
