Offer best-in-class products and execute Mattress Firm selling programs
Support a seamless omnichannel experience and create a customer-centered store environment
Lead resolution of customer-related issues and escalate when necessary
Assist the Senior Store Manager in driving company initiatives and achieving sales performance goals
Coach associates on selling practices
Ensure execution of in-store merchandising across multiple store units
Provide technical and product knowledge information as a subject matter expert
Assist with training store associates
Promote coaching to improve customer experience and selling aptitude
Achieve or exceed store financial targets through effective execution and customer service
Ensure product merchandising, marketing, and POP standards are followed
Follow procedures for product transfers and proper inventory documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds
Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to execute selling programs and support an omnichannel customer experience
Ability to coach associates on selling practices
Ability to provide technical and product knowledge information
Ability to achieve or exceed store financial targets
Ability to execute merchandising, marketing, and POP standards
Ability to follow product-transfer procedures and maintain proper inventory documentation
