About the role

  • Complete all assigned training modules and certifications prior to assigned due dates.
  • Identify and research potential clients using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and execute cold outreach via phone and email.
  • Understand client needs and pain points, offering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Conduct engaging product and service offering meetings to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using HubSpot Sales Hub CRM.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • B2B Sales Experience required
  • Experience in the furniture industry is a plus.
  • Experience using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo
  • Experience with the HubSpot CRM
