About the role
- Complete all assigned training modules and certifications prior to assigned due dates.
- Identify and research potential clients using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and execute cold outreach via phone and email.
- Understand client needs and pain points, offering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Conduct engaging product and service offering meetings to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using HubSpot Sales Hub CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- B2B Sales Experience required
- Experience in the furniture industry is a plus.
- Experience using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo
- Experience with the HubSpot CRM
