About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple functions
- Review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent
- Maintain consistent activity levels to meet hiring timelines and productivity targets
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support recruitment execution
- Support structured intake discussions and ensure alignment on candidate profiles and expectations
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines through job postings, databases, referrals, and outreach
- Proactively identify talent to support ongoing and upcoming hiring needs
- Ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
- Build effective working relationships with hiring managers and HR partners
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline activity, and candidate conversion rates
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in high‑volume or fast‑paced environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver against hiring targets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
- Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, databases, and direct outreach
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on responsiveness and collaboration
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Ability to work effectively within structured processes while adapting to changing priorities
