About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, implement and continually improve the quality systems
- Ensure all products and services meet customer and engineering design requirements
- Responsible for effective delivery of supplier performance development and resolution of non-conformance
- Generate accountable metrics to track improvements
- Mentor and support an extensive team of engineers, procurement, and organizational professionals
- Lead cross functional teams on projects to resolution and effective implementation
- Act as first point of contact for quality issues at site level
- Audit facilities for QMS compliance and conduct follow-ups until closure
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree (preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience (preferred)
- CQA - Certified Quality Analysis (preferred)
- CQE - Certified Quality Engineer (preferred)
