About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Legal advisory to non-profit entities (associations and foundations) on all matters relevant to these organizations, providing support on corporate matters, contracts, tax issues, and administrative and regulatory proceedings related to their non-profit and philanthropic nature.
The professional will be deeply involved in highly sophisticated and complex transactions and matters across the practice, including matters handled jointly with other practice areas of the firm.
The professional will participate in defining case strategies for the matters they handle, developing optimal solutions for their clients, and will be responsible for managing and advancing the work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Law (LL.B. / Bachelor of Laws or equivalent)
Advanced English
Experience in tax and/or corporate practice preferred
Previous experience in the third sector (non-profit sector) preferred
