About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the focal point for internal clients (partners and teams) in defining and aligning the firm's ranking strategies;
Complete forms for legal rankings and awards;
Send forms to practice groups at the start of research windows and manage the entire submission cycle;
Review and edit completed forms, offering strategic recommendations and ensuring institutional alignment;
Manage the *referees* database, including organization, updates and follow-up;
Support and participate in interviews with legal directories, coordinating schedules when necessary;
Analyze results published by ranking institutions and award organizations;
Maintain relationships with institutions responsible for rankings and awards, identifying new products and solutions;
Lead the firm's participation in various legal awards, from submissions through tracking results;
Update ranking and award outcomes in institutional and communications materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields;
Experience as a mid-level analyst in marketing, institutional communications or related areas;
Organized, analytical profile with strong ability to manage multiple demands and deadlines;
Intermediate Excel;
Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint;
Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking).
