About the role

  • Prepare estimates and conduct negotiations with event requesters and the Food & Beverage (F&B) supplier.
  • Prepare service orders (SOs) and forward requests to the relevant departments.
  • Check that lunches, breakfasts and coffee breaks served in meeting rooms meet the established standards.
  • Conduct operational alignments with the Food & Beverage supplier to ensure continuous improvement of service delivery.
  • Review the Food & Beverage supplier’s financial reports, ensuring the accuracy of the information.
  • Validate office restaurant menus in partnership with the Maître and the Food & Beverage supplier.
  • Support vacation scheduling for the pantry/cafeteria team, including requesting guidelines from Human Resources and communicating them to waitstaff.
  • Manage pantry/cafeteria uniform usage, controlling replacement and laundering needs and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Handle various vendor interactions for the area, such as seamstress, laundry, beverage supplier and other partners, monitoring requests, deadlines and service quality.
  • Place and manage pantry/cafeteria orders with the Purchasing department, ensuring deliveries match the orders placed.
  • Support monitoring of pantry/cafeteria and Customer Service processes, verifying compliance with defined standards and flagging deviations or opportunities for improvement.
  • Support Customer Service projects, contributing to the organization, execution and follow-up of planned activities.
  • Review and update area policies under the guidance of leadership.
  • Update pantry/cafeteria and Customer Service procedure manuals as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Events, Hospitality, Tourism or related fields.
  • Prior experience with corporate events, especially internal events.
  • Experience managing Food & Beverage suppliers, including negotiation and operational alignment.
  • Experience or familiarity with preparing service orders (SOs).
  • Intermediate Excel.
  • Intermediate English.
