About the role

  • Design, develop, and deploy UiPath automation solutions leveraging Agentic AI capabilities for dynamic decision-making and adaptive workflows
  • Integrate AI-driven agents into existing RPA processes to enhance automation intelligence and autonomy
  • Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to identify opportunities for agent-based automation
  • Optimize workflows for scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished
  • Mentors, coaches, trains and develops team
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in UiPath development
  • 3+ years’ experience leading teams
  • 2+ years hands on experience in Agentic AI
  • UiPath certifications preferred (Advanced RPA Developer, AI Center Specialist)
  • Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath AI Center
  • Worked on Automations related to SAP Processes like PDF Invoice Posting etc
  • Worked on API model integrating with SAP
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and context-aware automation
  • Familiarity with document understanding, and AI-powered decision-making
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Exposure to GenAI models and LLM-based automation preferred
