About the role
- Be the technical lead in planning for and conducting benchtop scale testing, analysis and reporting at customer’s sites.
- Being responsible for the installation and commissioning plan of industrial equipment at a customer’s site, whether for trial or following purchase.
- Develop and deliver the commissioning process for Matter’s equipment at customer’s sites.
- Work with the Engineering team to develop technical documentation, including assembly, installation and commissioning plans.
- Champion health and safety at Matter and customer sites. Support the Commercial Team in the development of new leads all the way through to sale and installation.
- Work closely with Engineering and Commercial teams to support the evolution and development of existing and new product, leveraging insights gained from on-site activities and capturing customer requirements.
- Consider and define the training needs of future team of direct reports focused on technical support of customer trials and installations.
- Working and delivering in line with Matter values.
Requirements
- Experience installing and commissioning industrial equipment.
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Experience writing technical reports.
- Experience working in industrial wastewater treatment.
- Experience working in sales.
- Experience working with electronic controls systems.
- Experience writing technical documentation, such as installation plans.
