• Lead and conduct compliance and workplace investigations across the United States
• Gather and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, assess credibility, and make objective findings based on facts and applicable policies
• Prepare clear, concise, and fact-based investigation documentation, including interview notes, case summaries, findings, and recommendations
• Manage investigations in a timely manner while maintaining consistency, objectivity, confidentiality, and adherence to Compliance and investigative best practices
• Present investigation findings, risk assessments, and recommendations to Employment Law, People & Culture, and business leaders
• Serve as a trusted advisor to People & Culture Business Partners and business leaders on complex workplace matters
• Partner with Compliance colleagues to identify opportunities to enhance investigative processes, controls, policies, training, and risk mitigation efforts

Software Engineer

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain EDI applications on IBM i (AS/400 / iSeries) platforms
• Develop and optimize solutions using RPG, ILE RPG, CL, IFS and SQL
• Perform system-level and structured programming following best practices for performance, stability, and maintainability
• Integrate and maintain existing and new customers within the ISIS ERP system
• Implement and support 3PL Distribution Center (DC) warehouse integrations
• Ensure seamless EDI process integration across customers, partners, and logistics providers
• Attend daily EDI project status meetings with project leadership to communicate priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies
• Analyze requirements, create technical concepts, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions – search the collaboration with Intl. Delivery Manager to align Processes and Solutions.
