About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drafting and commenting commercial agreements (e.g. sales contracts, DPAs, NDAs) across jurisdictions in Europe
- Assisting in data protection matters
- Planning and implementing a contract management processes and AI enabled legal workflows
- Corporate governance tasks of an international software business
- Supporting in corporate development and M&A activities
- Any other tasks the team may have
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law student past mid-point of your studies
- Business acumen and a keen interest in software and AI
- Excellent skills in English and Finnish are needed to succeed in the role
- Skills in German considered a big plus
- Work experience from a law firm or legal department is a plus
- Some understanding and/or previous experience from data protection matters.
