About the role
- Build and lead a team of engineers
- Collaborate with product managers, design, delivery, and senior leaders
- Drive self-organized and autonomous engineering teams

- Implement the latest practices and standards within engineering

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- Strong interpersonal skills for leading and mentoring
- Effective cross-functional communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of building cloud-native applications and PaaS (preferably Microsoft Azure)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with DevOps culture, enterprise software development, ITSM platforms, .NET ecosystem, MSSQL, JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, agentic AI tools preferred
