About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, develop, and deliver hands-on instructor-led training for commercially available and proprietary software applications
Plan and develop documentation, training videos, and instructional design modules for commercially available and proprietary software applications
Communicate with the Contract Manager on project plans, status, and updates for each assignment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
At least five (5) years’ experience as a technology trainer with proprietary and/or advanced off-the-shelf software applications
At least three (3) years’ experience developing technical documentation
Experience developing and delivering in-person instructor-led training for commercially available and proprietary software
Experience delivering customer training programs using adult learning principles to individuals and groups
Experience using technical applications such as Camtasia, Articulate 360, and Vyond
Experience managing training projects from initiation through completion
Ability to use methodologies to plan, track, and deliver high-quality technical training
Ability to develop technical documentation, including Quick Reference Cards, Quick Reference Guides, and web content
Ability to develop video and interactive recorded training
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, resources, and stakeholders
Knowledge of customer service standards when interacting with internal and external Subject Matter Experts
Knowledge of identifying and troubleshooting user-defined challenges and implementing appropriate solutions
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Co-Pilot, OneNote, and SharePoint
