About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, develop, and deliver hands-on instructor-led training for commercially available and proprietary software applications
  • Plan and develop documentation, training videos, and instructional design modules for commercially available and proprietary software applications
  • Communicate with the Contract Manager on project plans, status, and updates for each assignment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • At least five (5) years’ experience as a technology trainer with proprietary and/or advanced off-the-shelf software applications
  • At least three (3) years’ experience developing technical documentation
  • Experience developing and delivering in-person instructor-led training for commercially available and proprietary software
  • Experience delivering customer training programs using adult learning principles to individuals and groups
  • Experience using technical applications such as Camtasia, Articulate 360, and Vyond
  • Experience managing training projects from initiation through completion
  • Ability to use methodologies to plan, track, and deliver high-quality technical training
  • Ability to develop technical documentation, including Quick Reference Cards, Quick Reference Guides, and web content
  • Ability to develop video and interactive recorded training
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, resources, and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of customer service standards when interacting with internal and external Subject Matter Experts
  • Knowledge of identifying and troubleshooting user-defined challenges and implementing appropriate solutions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Co-Pilot, OneNote, and SharePoint
