UAT Tester
MATRIX SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIESUAT Tester validating eligibility systems for state human service programs. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met and successful implementation of system enhancements.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, execute, and maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
- Validate system functionality for eligibility and benefits management applications.
- Perform end-to-end testing for integrated human services systems supporting multiple benefit programs.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure business requirements are met.
- Participate in test planning, requirements review, and defect triage meetings.
- Ensure testing documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with project standards.
- Support production validation and post-implementation testing activities.
- Assist with reporting test results, risks, and overall UAT readiness.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Three (3) years of experience working on relevant projects supporting state human service programs such as: Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, TEA
- Five (5) years of previous experience performing UAT work on at least one (1) eligibility engagement that supported multiple benefit programs
