About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, execute, and maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
  • Validate system functionality for eligibility and benefits management applications.
  • Perform end-to-end testing for integrated human services systems supporting multiple benefit programs.
  • Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Participate in test planning, requirements review, and defect triage meetings.
  • Ensure testing documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with project standards.
  • Support production validation and post-implementation testing activities.
  • Assist with reporting test results, risks, and overall UAT readiness.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Three (3) years of experience working on relevant projects supporting state human service programs such as: Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, TEA
  • Five (5) years of previous experience performing UAT work on at least one (1) eligibility engagement that supported multiple benefit programs
