About the role
- Support delivery of AML data and compliance initiatives
- Lead and support AML-related projects ensuring regulatory and organizational alignment
- Perform detailed data mapping, data lineage analysis, and data management across AML processes
- Document business and technical requirements for AML data and detection systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of AML solutions
- Coordinate tasks and manage deliverables across multiple stakeholders and project timelines
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve AML data quality and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in AML projects, preferably within financial institutions
- Strong understanding of AML processes, data flows, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in documenting business and technical requirements
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
