About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform closing and control of electronic time and attendance, ensuring correct calculation of working hours, overtime, compensatory time bank, pay differentials, schedules and resolution of inconsistencies;
  • Manage social security leave processes and related documentation, monitoring deadlines, returns and liaising with partner areas;
  • Conduct termination processes, ensuring accurate calculations, reconciliations, compliance with legal deadlines and homologations when applicable;
  • Support Occupational Health and Safety (SST) routines, ensuring control of documents, occupational medical exams, expirations and legal compliance;
  • Provide support for payroll, vacations, hiring/onboarding, payroll taxes and contributions and benefits administration;
  • Support employee movements and changes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation;
  • Prepare, monitor and analyze HR Operations indicators and reports;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process automation and optimization of operational workflows;
  • Assist in building dashboards, management reports and data analyses for the area;
  • Ensure organization, currency and reliability of HR information and internal controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Accounting or related fields;
  • Previous experience with Personnel Department routines and HR Operations;
  • Solid experience with electronic time and attendance closing;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation, payroll, vacations, hiring, terminations and payroll taxes/contributions;
  • Experience managing leaves and OHS (SST) routines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills;
  • Analytical, organized and detail-oriented profile;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide internal service/support;
  • Advantage: experience with LG system;
  • Advantage: knowledge of BI and People Analytics, with experience in automation and continuous process improvement.
