Senior Strategic Partnerships Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Definition and delivery of new products with partners: Responsible for identifying opportunities, developing, designing and launching innovative solutions in partnership with third parties, aligned with market needs and the company’s strategy.
- Strategic management of existing partnerships: Actively maintain, evolve and maximize the value of current partnerships, focusing on performance, strategic alignment and result generation.
- High-complexity commercial and contractual negotiation: Lead negotiations with partners and potential partners covering commercial, legal and strategic aspects, aiming for sustainable and advantageous agreements.
- Mapping and prospecting new strategic partners: Ability to identify relevant market players, assess synergies and drive onboarding and integration processes.
- Market analysis and competitive intelligence: Monitor trends, competitors and consumer behavior to support strategic decisions and identify business opportunities.
- Multidisciplinary project management and leadership: Lead initiatives that involve various internal and external areas, ensuring deliveries within the expected timeframe, scope and quality.
- Strategic vision and results orientation: Ability to connect tactical actions with long-term objectives, focusing on growth, profitability and innovation.
- Interpersonal relationship building and influence: Ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders, influence decisions and promote collaboration.
- Experience with partnership performance metrics and KPIs: Define, monitor and analyze indicators that measure partnership success and guide strategic decisions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed higher education degree;
- High energy to help us accelerate the transformation of the Energy Market through strong partnerships;
- Creativity to identify the best opportunities to expand our presence in retail;
- Entrepreneurial spirit to build innovative projects with a long-term vision;
- Ability to connect different areas and engage people in the same project;
- Previous experience in strategic partnerships and/or business development and/or growth roles in retail companies.
