About the role

  • Support in conducting contractual analyses typical of the natural gas trading sector, including GSA (Gas Sales Agreements), connection agreements, gas transportation contracts (domestic and international) and MSAs (Master Service Agreements);
  • Support in monitoring and acting in administrative proceedings before the Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) and state regulatory agencies;
  • Contract management, including control of contract inventories and confirmation notices;
  • Drafting and maintaining contract issues lists, as well as regulatory and sector monitoring to support the commercial team;
  • Review of standard contracts such as NDAs, amendment agreements and assignment instruments;
  • Interaction with internal teams (commercial, regulatory and operations) to provide legal support for business activities;
  • Legal and regulatory research related to the natural gas sector, including preparation of briefing materials and supporting documents for the team.

Requirements

  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Advanced English required; Spanish is a plus;
  • Familiarity with Administrative Law and Civil Law;
  • Previous experience or interest in contract review and analysis;
  • Knowledge of or interest in the natural gas sector is a plus.
